Refund Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products in new and unused condition. If you wish to return your purchase, please do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note that returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you wish to have the item returned to you, you may be required to cover the delivery cost.

Customized items, sale items, and discounted items are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. If you are returning a damaged, lost, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please provide evidence such as images or proof of the issue.

Return shipping will be covered by us for all returns of damaged, lost, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different product, you will need to place a new order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at or visit the Returns Portal.

  2. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your purchase receipt.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase. If the original form of payment is not available, a store credit will be issued.
